Returns policy

Please choose your made to order items carefully as we do not offer exchanges or refunds for these items (unless damaged).

For damaged items please email us at within 7 days of receiving your order. Please attach photos of the damage in your email and we will happily replace the product (stock allowing) free of charge or provide a full refund.

For all other items our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

If you are returning an item due to a change of mind and the item delivered was as described in the product listing and free of fault you will only be refunded the amount of the order less any shipping costs incurred by us to deliver the order. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns will not be accepted if the item is not in its original condition or is damaged, (without being faulty).

Refunds (if applicable)

If you would like to exchange or return your item, please email: notifying us of the item/s that you would like to exchange or return and the reason why. We will then email you return instructions.

Once your exchange / return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and to confirm if your exchange / refund is approved. If you are approved, then the new item will be sent or a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days.

Sale items

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned.

Shipping returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless you are returning a damaged item)

For faulty items that are returned, a refund for the return postage costs will be issued (please email us a copy the postage receipt).

If you are shipping an item over £50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
